Through it all

I recently saw an advert featuring a woman, her mind a hamster wheel, captioned 'Such Brain Work!' Despite being seated, she looked exhausted. It's a scenario many can relate to—overthinking, worrying, feeling the weight of the world before the day starts. Why do we exhaust ourselves with thoughts? Some things are inevitable, others never happen, yet we lose sleep over them.

Reflecting on the issue of worry, it's not a new struggle; even Jesus addressed it in Matthew 6, emphasizing not to worry. In Philippians 4:6-7, we're encouraged to be anxious for nothing, turning to prayer with thanksgiving. God's peace, surpassing understanding, becomes our guard.

Verse of the Day: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and minds.’ Philippians 4:6-7. Check this song. So peaceful…gosh!!!!!!
