Stop acting surprised

Stop acting surprised when good things happen to you.

Just like Esther, Mary, and Gideon in the Bible, God has a habit of doing extraordinary things through ordinary people. Esther, a young Jewish girl, became queen and saved her people from destruction. Mary, a humble virgin, was chosen to give birth to the Savior of the world. Gideon, the least in his family, led a small army to victory against a mighty enemy.

This month, good things will happen to you. You have prayed for it, and now it's about to come to pass. Don't act surprised when it happens; instead, rejoice and give thanks for the answered prayers. God is faithful, and His promises never fail.

Verse of the Day: Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Here’s a new song from my friend Cam. It celebrates the risen Christ. Please go listen.
