Now it's your turn

Something happened in Judges 6, the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord and God gave them into the hands of the Midianites. Well, after a while God told Gideon, you are going to rescue Israel, and I am going to help you. Looking at the circumstances, Gideon said if you're with me, why is this happening, why is that happening. Then the Lord looked at him and said, "Go in this your strength and deliver Israel from the hand of Midian. Have I not sent you?"
God said go in the strength that you have, meaning there's something God placed in Gideon that could answer that issue Gideon kept complaining, reporting the matter to God.

Most of the time, we are like Gideon, we would rather report our matter to God than exercise the strength placed within us. Jesus said, you will speak to this mountain and say be thou removed, and the mountain shall obey. Moses was waiting on God to part the red sea, but God told him to use what's in his hands, his staff.

Reflection: What situation in your life are you reporting to God instead of stepping out in the strength He’s already placed in you? Take a moment to reflect on what God has given you—your gifts, your faith, and His promises. Today, ask Him to show you how to use what’s in your hands to move forward.

Verse of the Day: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.(Joshua 1:9)
