One of the most talked-about stories in the Bible is the story of the Red Sea. After all that happened in Egypt—the plagues, and then Pharaoh hurrying the Israelites to leave—they were faced with the Red Sea. Moses looked back and saw the Egyptians catching up with them, and in front of them was the Red Sea.
It looked like there was no way out until Moses looked to the One who instructed him to lead His people. "Do not be afraid, stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring to you today," Moses told the people.
As I thought about this story, it reminded me of how we sometimes feel trapped by our circumstances. Maybe you're looking back, and it feels like your past is catching up with you. Physically, it looks like there's no way forward. I want you to look to the One who wrote your name in the palms of His hands.
Just as God made a way through the Red Sea for the Israelites, He can create paths and solutions in the most impossible situations in our lives. When faced with obstacles, it's easy to feel trapped or hopeless. But like Moses, we need to look to God and trust in His power to deliver us.
No matter what you're facing, remember that God is capable of turning impossible circumstances into opportunities for His glory. Trust in Him, stand firm in your faith, and watch as He makes a way for you.
