Do this when God prompts you

There's a story in the Bible about a high-ranking official in charge of the treasury. He was known as the Ethiopian Eunuch, immensely wealthy but not yet born again.
Then there's Philip, one of the early followers of Jesus and a man full of faith. The eunuch came to Jerusalem to worship, and while returning home, the Spirit of God prompted Philip to approach the chariot and preach to him. Philip obeyed, and the rest is history. Bible reference: Acts 8:26-40

When God prompts you to reach out to someone, don’t hesitate, don’t postpone because you might be the answer to the question they have been asking.

You might be a reminder to them to know God sees them and hears them (you don't even have to say it to them, but the conversation will confirm)
