A Police Prank Turned Into a Ultimate Proposal

I saw a video where a guy wanted to propose to his fiancée, and he staged a wild police prank to do it. In the middle of an event, the cops suddenly showed up, accusing him of something. His fiancée immediately jumped to his defense, ready to protect him at all costs. Little did she know it was all planned. Moments later, the guy revealed his real motive—he got down on one knee and proposed.

As I thought about that fiancée defending her partner without hesitation, it reminded me of how Jesus stands up for us. He’s our ultimate defender. The Bible says, “If anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ the Righteous.” (1 John 2:1)

That fiancée was ready to go to any length for her man, but Jesus went even further—He gave His life so we could be free. When the enemy tries to accuse or condemn you, remember that Jesus stands in your defense, always interceding on your behalf. He’s the one who says, “This one’s mine,” and no accusation can stand against His love.

Reflection: When accusations come—whether from others, your own mind, or the enemy—do you rely on your own strength, or do you let Jesus stand up for you? Take a moment to thank Him for being your Advocate and loving you enough to defend you, no matter what.
