ONLY 5% will pass this Test

One day, a wise man's neighbor asked, "Do you know what I heard about your friend?" The wise man introduced the Triple Filter Test and pointed out, "The neighbor's story fell short against these criteria. If what you wish to share lacks (1) truth, (2) goodness, or (3)usefulness, why share it at all?"

Reflect on Ephesians 4:29. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

Are your words true? Edifying - that is building up? Useful? And gracious? If not, do not say them!
