2 Chronicles 32:25
Hezekiah was a king of Judah who faced massive threats from the Assyrians. At one point, King Sennacherib’s army surrounded Jerusalem, and by all human standards, Judah should have fallen. But Hezekiah prayed, and God performed a stunning miracle—delivering Judah from the enemy without a single sword raised 2 Chronicles 32:20-22
After experiencing such a powerful intervention, 2 Chronicles 32:25 tells us Hezekiah forgot God’s kindness. He didn’t respond with gratitude for all God had done. The lesson is clear: as we believe God for new breakthroughs, we mustn’t forget the victories He’s already given us. A grateful heart keeps us humble and aware of His ongoing grace.
